Who can create a Baostad account?

Students, parents, teachers, and consultants can register directly. Institution and administrative access is provisioned through an authorized organizational or platform process.

Can one person have more than one role?

Yes. An account can receive multiple approved roles, and access is determined by the active role and the relationship to the relevant learner or institution.

Why must I verify my email?

Email verification confirms that you control the address used for security notices, account recovery, and important platform communication.

How students, families, educators, and advisors connect.

How does a student connect with a consultant?

Consultant access is granted by the student and remains scoped to that student. The student can review or revoke the relationship according to platform policy.

What can parents see?

Parents see information shared through an approved family relationship, such as schedules and suitable progress summaries. Private educator notes and unrelated learner data remain restricted.

How are teachers and consultants verified?

Professional profiles may require identity, credential, and background evidence. Verification status is shown clearly and can be reviewed if information changes.

Is Baostad free for students?

The Learner account has no recurring platform subscription. Paid courses, sessions, or other professional services are priced separately before booking.

Are teacher and consultant subscriptions the same?

No. Each professional role has its own capabilities, access boundaries, and pricing policy. Current details are listed on the Pricing page.

How do cancellations and refunds work?

Subscription cancellation applies before the next renewal. Course and session refunds follow the clearly displayed provider and booking terms accepted at purchase.

Who can see a learner’s information?

Only the learner and authorized people or institutions with a valid role and relationship can access relevant information. Backend authorization remains the final access boundary.

Can institutions manage multiple departments?

Yes. Institution plans support departments, programs, staff roles, learner groups, and organization-wide reporting according to the purchased configuration.

Can an institution export its data?

Institution data remains exportable according to the service agreement, applicable privacy rules, and safeguards for data belonging to individual users.
