Know the service, provider, price, and delivery terms before you pay.
These terms apply to purchases made through the Baostad store unless a specific provider agreement or school order form states different terms before purchase.

- The product, provider, quantity, price, discount, VAT, delivery fee, service fee, and final payable are shown before payment.
- Digital products currently have no physical shipping fee.
- Access, exam vouchers, download links, receipts, and invoices are delivered to the buyer account and email.
- Cancellation and refund eligibility follows the product type and displayed cancellation policy.
1. Product and provider information
Each store item identifies the product name, provider, format, access scope, availability, specifications, delivery conditions, estimated delivery time, and price before it can be added to cart.
2. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in toman on the public store. The checkout summary calculates subtotal, eligible discount, VAT, delivery fee, service fee, and final payable before any gateway handoff.
3. Order review and confirmation
The buyer must review the complete checkout summary before the backend accepts an order. After confirmation, Baostad returns an order number and sends access or fulfillment instructions.
4. Payment methods
Available methods may include card or wallet payment, bank transfer, or invoice depending on role, school arrangement, and provider rules. Payment gateway credentials are handled by payment providers and are not stored by Baostad.
5. Service delivery
Courses create learning access, exams create an attempt or scheduled seat, and publications unlock a digital download. Delivery timing is stated on each product card and in the checkout review.
6. Changes, cancellation, and refunds
